Safety Walkway: Modular Design

The Kee crossover safe-access platforms provide safe traversal on low-slope roofs. The modular system can be adapted to go over obstacles and uneven surfaces, and it boasts an anti-slip coating. The OSHA-compliant system can be used on standing seam, metal profile and other roof types. The base plates can be roof-mounted or have fixed feet, and they do not require any penetrations to be made in the roof membrane. Kee Safety; www.keesafety.com

WaterProofing: Bridge Deck Treatment

Eliminator bridge deck waterproofing membrane was recently introduced to the U.S. market after extensive use on global projects. The system uses ESSELAC resin technology to create a composite bond between the deck, waterproofing membrane, substrate and asphalt. The cold, spray-applied membrane can be applied year-round in a range of weather and temperature conditions, ensuring bridge projects are not delayed by the waterproofing process. Scissor Lift Material Rack: Safely Secured

Material racks are now available for JLG’s rough terrain scissor lifts. Designed to be a replacement for the improvised solutions that lift operators often use to transport materials to height, the rack features nylon straps to keep loads securely in place. Rated for outdoor use, the rack can hold up to 860 lb of material with two operators in the platform. It features a foldable cradle for pipes and flat materials, and it has extendable arms for loading wide panels. Deck footers on the rack allow for the scissor lift’s expansion deck to expand and retract when transporting larger materials. JLG Industries; www.jlg.com

Updated Dozer: Integrated Grade-Control Sensors

The Deere 850L dozer is powered by a 225-hp, 9.0-liter engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards. It has a 172-in. power-angle tilt blade, which features integrated SmartGrade technology that eliminates the need to install additional grade-control sensors. A fuel-saving Eco mode and an auto-idle function are standard. The dozer boasts a dual-path hydrostatic transmission with pumps 13% larger than found in the K-Series dozers. A redesigned cab features more space and reduced noise levels. A rear-view camera is available as an optional feature. Deere Construction & Forestry; www.deere.com
