O’Connor Co., a Midwest-based heating, ventilation and air conditioning distributor has acquired the assets of the Oklahoma City branch of Hunton Distribution.

The Oklahoma City location will operate under the O’Connor name and offer Trane heating and air conditioning equipment. This addition will give O’Connor sole distribution rights for Trane throughout the state of Oklahoma.

“O’Connor has a long history of serving the people of eastern Oklahoma — operating in the Tulsa market since 1934. With the addition of our 7^th branch in Oklahoma City, we are excited to be serving the entire state in addition to Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa,” said O’Connor President Greg Borr.

“The purchase of the Oklahoma City branch from Hunton is part of our long-term strategy to expand our platform through acquisitions,” added Borr. “We are excited to welcome Hunton Distribution’s Oklahoma customers and employees.”
