Track Loader: Efficiency Improvements

The Cat 963 Track Loader meets U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final/EU Stage V emission standards. It offers 10% improved fuel efficiency over the previous model and is powered by a 202-hp Cat C7.1 engine with 15% greater peak torque, according to the manufacturer. Auto and Eco modes help reduce fuel consumption. The cab has been updated with a suspension seat and adjustable armrests and controls. Hydraulic Excavator: Lightweight

Coming in at under 29,000 lb, the PC130-11 is a mid-size, entry-level conventional tail swing excavator. It has six working modes and can reduce fuel consumption by 12% over the previous model, according to the manufacturer. Air Barrier: Water Resistant

The VPS 30 vapor permeable air and water barrier does not require a primer, reducing installation times. It’s comprised of a breathable, weather-resistant carrier film and adhesive that bonds tightly to substrate. Framing Nailer: Cordless

The F-35XP framing nailer, with brushless motor, is powered by an 18-V lithium-ion battery and self-contained compressed air cylinder. It can drive paper-tape collated framing nails into a variety of tough substrates, including engineered lumber. The nailer has a 34˚ magazine that holds 60 fasteners. It can fit nails that are 2 in. to 3½ in. long with a diameter from 0.113 in. to 0.148 in. The nailer comes with a 5-amp battery charger that reaches 80% in 30 minutes, with batteries fully charged in one hour. It can drive up to 600 nails on a full charge. Senco; www.senco.com
